Misc musings

Wish I'd taken photos of, but will have to be content with memorys of:

- The fantastic kids at Urapunga school. I did have photos... I'm sure...

- The swarm of dragon flies I went through.

- The shadow of my own plane, when landing at Bamyilli

- Flying low around Jabiru in the wet and mist

- All the folks coming out to the greet the planes at Pigeon Hole

Wish list
- A decent GPS - though I'd settle for a Collins Pro-Line 21...
- A Bose headset
- A Cessna 414 - or anything pressurised
- A King Air - or anything with air conditioning
- A SLR digital camera - one that can take pics through a whirling propeller blade... (or better yet, an aeroplane without a propeller blade....)


I really didn't need to know about:

- The dogs of Maningrida

- What happens at Port Keats



What I'd like to know is:

- Is how I have a knack for remembering the four letter codes for airports

- Where I really went on the 2nd of April. I have pictures, coordinates.. but nothing else.
